Dr. Laura Carabott, ND. Live Well

A personalized approach to feeling your best.

Helping you feel your best starts with understanding why you don't. Instead of chasing symptoms, I work with patients to uncover the root causes of their health concerns through comprehensive assessments, laboratory testing, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and evidence-based treatment plans.

Whether you're struggling with hormone imbalances, fatigue, digestive concerns, thyroid dysfunction, weight loss resistance, or simply want to optimize your long-term health, my goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and confident in your care.

Your Path to Wellness Starts Here.

We Start by Understanding

Your story matters. Your first visit is designed to understand more than just your symptoms—we'll explore your health history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, goals, and the bigger picture. By taking the time to truly listen, we can begin uncovering what's contributing to how you're feeling.

We Investigate the Why

Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work to identify what's driving them. Through comprehensive assessments and evidence-informed laboratory testing (when appropriate), we'll gain a deeper understanding of your health and create a plan based on answers, not guesswork.

We Build a Personalized Plan

No two patients are the same, and neither are their treatment plans. Your recommendations are tailored to your unique health history, goals, lifestyle, and preferences, making them realistic, sustainable, and designed to fit your life and evolve with you over time.

Live Well

My goal isn't just to help you feel better today — it's to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to build lasting health. Together, we'll continue adjusting your plan as your health evolves so you can feel your best for years to come. That’s what it means to truly live well.
